2. The website
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow prospective clients to learn about my coaching services and begin the enquiry process via the questionnaire.
I make every reasonable effort to ensure the content is accurate and up to date. However, I do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or free from error. Nothing on this website constitutes professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
I reserve the right to update, change, or remove content from the website at any time without notice.
3. The questionnaire and clarity report
The questionnaire is designed to help prospective clients and me understand whether coaching may be a good fit. Completing the questionnaire does not create a coaching relationship or any obligation on either side.
The clarity report is provided free of charge as a genuine resource for the person who completes it. It is for personal use only and does not constitute a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or recommendation.
The clarity report is yours to keep. I will not share it with any third party without your consent.
4. Coaching services
Coaching services are governed by the coaching agreement signed by both parties before any sessions begin. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the coaching agreement, the coaching agreement takes precedence in relation to the delivery of coaching services.I offer two coaching disciplines: positive psychology coaching, focused on identity, values, strengths, and building forward after a significant life transition; and alcohol performance coaching, focused on the specific experience of removing alcohol and what becomes possible once that process is understood.Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. Clients must be genuinely willing to move toward alcohol-free as the direction of travel during the work. This is confirmed during the chemistry call before any sessions begin.I work within the Association for Coaching (AC) code of ethics. The full code is available at associationforcoaching.com.I reserve the right to decline to work with any prospective client without giving a reason.
5. The founding client offer
The founding client offer provides the first six coaching sessions at no charge to clients who begin coaching while founding spots remain, as part of my supervised accreditation hours. The founding client offer is available while founding spots remain and may be withdrawn at my discretion when spots are full. There is no fixed end date. Clients who proceed to paid coaching after the founding period carry a Founding Rate set at the window in which they begin paid coaching. See Section 13 for full details.
Completing the questionnaire does not guarantee access to the founding client offer. Acceptance is subject to mutual fit assessed during the chemistry call.
6. Fees and payment
All fees for coaching services are set out on the website and in the coaching agreement. Fees are quoted in British pounds sterling (GBP).
Payment is required in full before coaching begins. All payments are non-refundable except where stated in the coaching agreement. If your circumstances make upfront payment difficult, please get in touch before booking.
I reserve the right to change my fees at any time. Any change will not affect packages already purchased.

12. Disputes and resolution
If you have a concern about any aspect of the coaching service, please raise it with me directly in the first instance at coaching@camspringett.cloud. I will acknowledge your concern within five working days and work with you to reach a resolution. If we are unable to resolve the matter directly, I am committed to engaging in good faith with any reasonable mediation process.
13. The Founding Rate
The Founding Rate is a pricing protection mechanism that applies to all coaching clients of Cam Springett Coaching. Every client locks in the per-session rate of the accreditation window in which they begin coaching. That rate governs all packages taken during the protected period.
The specific terms of the Founding Rate, including the protection period, the renegotiation trigger, the renegotiation formula, and the post-renegotiation status, are set out in the coaching agreement signed by both parties before the first session begins. In the event of any dispute about the Founding Rate, the coaching agreement takes precedence.
Clients will always receive thirty days written notice before any renegotiation conversation takes place. No price change will be applied without that notice and without a written agreement from both parties confirming the new rate.
The Founding Rate applies to the per-session coaching rate only. It does not govern complimentary sessions, upfront discounts, or any promotional offers, which may update to current window terms at renegotiation.
