THE APPROACH
Positive psychology is the science of what allows people to flourish. Alcohol performance coaching is grounded in the specific science of what removing alcohol does to the brain and body, and what becomes possible once that process is understood. Together they create a space that is both deeply personal and empirical.
Sessions are solution-focused. They live in the present and look forward. The past is visited only to draw out resources and insights, not to dwell there. The goal is always to bring what you have learned into the present so you can get excited about where you are heading.

YOUR RATE
The rate you join at is the rate you hold.
If you continue beyond the founding offer, your rate is £75 per session. You hold that rate for up to two years, regardless of where pricing goes. That is the commitment to the people who showed up first.
How pricing works
THE PACKAGES AND PRICING
While founding spots remain open, your first six sessions are at no cost in exchange for an honest testimonial. If you continue after that, the rate is £75 per session, held for up to two years. Once the practice reaches full accreditation, the rate moves to £100 per session for all new clients.

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START
Clear expectations from the start.
24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
If something comes up, let Cam know with at least 24 hours notice and another time will be found. Less than that and the session is forfeited.
Sessions must be used within the package window.
The package window is agreed at the start. Sessions not used within the agreed window are forfeited without refund.
One emergency pass per package.
For a genuine unforeseen circumstance where notice was not possible. Once used, it does not reset.
A coaching agreement is sent before the first session.
